Biden Accuser Tara Reade Reveals SHOCKING Allegations Against DOJ

Tara Reade, who accused President Joe Biden of sexually assaulting her in 1993, has filed a tort claim against the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), seeking $10 million in damages. The claim alleges invasion of privacy, emotional distress, and violation of her constitutional rights, stemming from what she describes as a covert FBI operation aimed at discrediting and intimidating her.

Reade, who first came into the public eye with accusations levied against then-Senator Biden around the 2020 election, outlines a series of disturbing events that Reade alleges have occurred since her initial accusation. The document details an operation named “Operation Cassandra,” allegedly conducted by the FBI against Reade.

According to the claim, this operation involved surveillance, seizure of property, harassment, intimidation, coercion, and invasion of privacy. These actions, Reade asserted, were unconstitutional and tortious, leading to severe emotional distress, anxiety, death threats, and even forcing her to seek asylum in a third-world country due to credible fear for her life and liberty.

“As a result of the actions carried out in furtherance of Operation Cassandra by the respondent FBI et al., Claimant has suffered severe emotional distress and anxiety, was subjected to death threats, was unlawfully surveilled and had her communications and financial records seized and recorded and was forced to apply for asylum to a third country in credible fear of her life and liberty,” the document stated.

In 1992-1993, Reade worked as a staff assistant for then-Senator Biden, an employment that she claims ended with sexual harassment and assault by Biden. According to the document, she reported this to the Congressional personnel office and confided in her mother and a friend.

In 2019, Reade and other women accused Biden, then a presidential candidate, of sexual abuse and inappropriate behavior. Reade’s allegations were unique in being corroborated by a contemporaneous reporting event, but still, the media largely ignored her story. Biden denied these allegations in 2020.

Reade claims that in 2019, the FBI initiated Operation Cassandra against her, aiming to surveil, intimidate, and potentially falsely arrest her. The FBI allegedly used media connections to defame her as a “Russian agent” based on an unrelated blog post and personal grievances from others.

Despite Reade’s background as a domestic violence survivor and advocate with a law degree, she alleges that the FBI suppressed this information. In 2020, she received death threats and experienced hacking, which she reported to the FBI, not knowing they were allegedly behind it. She claims the FBI seized her electronic devices under false pretenses and placed spyware on them.

Reade also alleges that the FBI instigated a perjury investigation against her in Monterey County, related to her educational claims, which was later closed. She accuses the FBI of using media articles and corrupt investigations to attempt to obtain warrants against her.

In 2020, Reade’s manuscript was allegedly seized by the FBI, and she was unknowingly targeted by a federal Grand Jury. She claims continued harassment and surveillance by the FBI, including attempts to intimidate her through social media hacking and physical threats.

By 2023, Reade had become a public figure speaking out against the FBI and the Biden family, appearing on shows like Tucker Carlson’s and participating in public events. Fearing for her safety and alleging ongoing surveillance, she decided to remain in Russia and seek asylum, believing her return to the U.S. would lead to her arrest or harm. She has expressed a desire to testify before Congress if the alleged FBI operation against her ceases.

Reade names several individuals in her filing, including FBI Director Christopher Wray, Supervisory Senior Resident Agent Andrew D. Forristel, Special Agent Michael Catalano, and other unnamed agents of the FBI and DOJ. These individuals are accused of authorizing, directing, and actively participating in the alleged unlawful activities.

The President has previously denied Reade’s allegations of sexual assault.
