Biden is Furious with Florida And Texas Over Covid: ‘GET OUT OF THE WAY’

The world is spiraling out of control under Joe Biden’s watch.

We have witnessed the disaster in Afghanistan, a tremendous surge in COVID, a catastrophe at the southern border, the destruction of U.S. energy independence, and the crippling of our economy.

Trump called on Biden to resign from office “in disgrace.”

“What Joe Biden has done with Afghanistan is legendary,” Trump said. “It will go down as one of the greatest defeats in American history!”

Meanwhile, as Biden horribly mishandles his own duties, he is complaining about how Texas and Florida governors are running their own states.

Biden launched an “all out smear campaign” against Florida and Texas, Trending Politics notes.

Biden told Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Texas Governor Greg Abbot to “get out of the way.”

“Florida and Texas account for 1/3 of all new covid-19 cases…,” Biden said, completely ignoring the low death rates. “I say to these governors ‘please help.’ But if you aren’t going to help, at least get out of the way of the people trying to do the right thing.”

Watch the clip:

Fox News reporter Peter Doocy responded, “President Biden says that we are not returning to lockdowns, shutdowns, and school closures, but he also once said that we didn’t have to wear masks anymore once we were vaccinated. So why should Americans trust him that?”

The White House’s Principal Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said, “Well, because we listen to the scientists, we listened to the expert[s]. This is a public health situation. This is not about politics at all. This is about saving lives. And this is what the President is all about. He wants to make sure that we are saving lives.”

“If you look at … the last six months. That’s what he’s done, every day. And you see that in the numbers. Now we’re at a point where we have to double down and make it very, very clear to people that we can’t, we can’t let the pandemic win, we have to continue to fight.”

“So, if you’re listening to the scientists, if scientists come to you at some point down the line and say it is our opinion that there should be shutdowns and there should be school closures, you would do that?” Doocy asked.

“Well, we listen to, like I said, we listen to the CDC and the expert[s] and their guidance…are, you know, the CDC is a body that is very well respected,” Jean-Pierre responded. “And again, we follow their guidance.”

More from Trending Politics:

The announcement from Jean-Pierre caused mass confusion which forced the White House to release a follow-up statement, clarifying that they would not use CDC recommendations in this case and would not be imposing lockdowns.

“To be clear, here is what [President Biden] said this week: ‘more vaccinations and mask wearing in the areas most impacted by the Delta variant will enable us to avoid the kind of lockdowns, shutdowns, school closures, and disruptions we faced in 2020…We are not going back to that,’” Jean-Pierre tweeted.

“We will not be going back into lockdowns. Why? Because we now have the tools to put this virus behind us,” she continued. “The science says the vaccines work – including against the Delta variant. We urge Americans to get vaccinated.”
