Owner Waves Gun at Wedding Guests During Reception — His Lawyer Says He’s ‘Not Guilty of Anything’

The Florida wedding venue owner accused of waving a gun at guests to kick them out faces nine counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, without intent to kill. His lawyer, criminal defense attorney Ken Padowitz, said Miguel Rodriguez Albisu is “not guilty of anything” and called the case “complete self-defense.”
