Delphi Murders: Bullet Found at Crime Scene Linked to Richard Allen’s Handgun

A newly released probable cause affidavit reveals how Indiana investigators connected suspect Richard Allen with the 2017 Delphi double murders. “An unspent .40 caliber round between the bodies of Victim 1 and Victim 2 was forensically identified to have been cycled through Richard Allen’s Sig Sauer Model P226,” the court document reads.
