Huma Abedin, the ex-wife of disgraced Democrat politician Anthony Weiner and longtime aide to Hillary Clinton, revealed in a Valentines Day post that she is dating leftist financier George Soros’ son, Alex, who has been tapped as the heir to the $25 billion Soros empire.
Abedin, 47, appeared to take her relationship with Soros, 38, public on Wednesday by sharing a photo of the couple in Paris. The image, which was posted on both of their Instagram profiles on Wednesday, shows the two cuddling in front of a table strewn with red roses and gifts. The image was completed with a caption reading, “Happy Valentines Day.”

The surprising romance between the two comes nearly seven years after Abedin divorced Weiner after the former Democrat congressman admitted to sending sexually explicit messages to a 15-year-old girl. Weiner was ultimately sentenced to 21 months in prison after being convicted.
Abedin also found herself ensnared in a high-profile scandal of her own when then-FBI Director James Comey announced that he would be re-opening the bureau’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of an unsecure email server. While Comey admitted that Clinton likely mishandled classified material, no charges were brought after he told the public
The investigation was re-opened just weeks before the 2016 election, however, when federal investigators uncovered a trove of 2,800 emails on Weiner’s laptop. Several of the emails sent by Abedin were marked “confidential” and were heavily redacted.
Emails deemed classified concern talks between Palestinian militant group Hamas and the Palestinian Liberation Organization; a telephone call to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu; and details of a conversation with the foreign minister of the United Arab Emirates, according to a report from Politico at the time.
The longtime Clinton aide has a long-running relationship with the Soros clan prior to dating Alex Soros, who is currently managing the empire’s massive network of political funding and nonprofit groups.
In one email uncovered in 2016, Abedin asked future Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook about how she should proceed if George Soros asked Hillary to speak at an event for America Votes, a far-left organization that is heavily funded by Soros.
“I would only do this for political reasons (ie to make Soros happy),” Mook replied.
