My mother-in-law went into the hospital before Thanksgiving with congestive heart failure and COPD. She recovered for the Holiday but 3 days before Christmas she had to go back for the same symptoms. No fever or cough but diagnosed by the rapid test with Covid 19. She was given Remdesivir and she shortly suffered a stroke that left her unable to speak or swallow. She was brought home for Hospice Care but died before the Nurse was able to finish the paperwork before doing an assessment. Her death certificate did not reflect Covid so the hospital missed out on a big payoff;
