Senate Committee to Subpoena FTX’s Sam Bankman-Fried If He Does Not Testify

They have asked him to testify at the upcoming hearing on FTX’s collapse and have warned that further action will be taken if he does not comply. Normally, witnesses appear voluntarily, but the senators have indicated that they are prepared to issue a subpoena if necessary.
